The service enables users to easily obtain a diagnosis, prescriptions, sick notes, or medical advice in a timely manner.

Users have the flexibility to consult with a doctor via video, audio, or text, using their phone or computer at any time and from anywhere. Registration is complimentary, and the process of booking an appointment is streamlined. Upon selecting an appointment slot, a certified doctor promptly reaches out to provide the necessary medical attention.

The platform prioritizes cost transparency by disclosing appointment fees upfront. Occasionally, discount codes are shared with registered members to enhance affordability.

Upon consultation, patients receive a brief diagnosis of their condition from the doctor. Payments can be conveniently processed online. In case of serious medical issues, users are promptly advised to seek immediate attention at a hospital.
